Train inside a real fight stadium

Coached by S. Yingcharoenkarnchang — home of the Chiang Mai Boxing Stadium and real fighters. Learn authentic Muay Thai from ฿490, then stay to watch live fights the same evening. Beginners welcome.

Sorying Camp

Experience the true art of Muay Thai with professional training at Chiang Mai Boxing Stadium. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fighter, our expert trainers will help you unlock your full potential—both physically and mentally.

Why Train at Chiangmai Boxing Stadium

Train where fighters actually fight.
Most gyms are just gyms — we are the stadium. You train in the same ring where professional bouts happen, then come back at night and watch them.

Coached by a real fight camp.
Not a tourist gym. The trainers here corner fighters at Lumpinee, Rajadamnern and ONE Championship.

Beginners are the majority.
Most of our students have never thrown a kick before. Trainers start from zero and adjust to your level — no ego, no pressure.

All the gear is here.
Gloves, hand wraps, heavy bags, pads and a full ring are ready for you to use at the gym — you don't need to buy or carry anything. Bring your own workout clothes; Muay Thai shorts are on sale here if you want a pair. Drinking water is provided.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have never trained before. Can I still join?
Yes — most of our visitors are complete beginners. Trainers start with stance, footwork and the basic strikes, and work at your pace. You will not be thrown in with fighters.

Can I really watch a fight the same day I train?
Yes. Chiangmai Boxing Stadium runs live Muay Thai every Monday to Saturday at 21:00, with 6 to 7 bouts. Train in the morning, rest in the afternoon, and watch real fights that night. Ask us about tickets when you book.

Do I need to bring equipment?
No. All gym equipment — gloves, hand wraps, bags and pads — is here for you to use, so there's nothing to buy or carry. Just bring your own workout clothes, a t-shirt and a towel. Drinking water is provided, and we sell Muay Thai shorts at the gym if you need a pair.
Do the trainers speak English?
Yes. Every session is coached in English and Chinese.

What is the difference between Private Class and Private 1-on-1?
Private Class (฿690) is small-group coaching with close attention from a trainer. Private 1-on-1 (฿1,300) gives you one trainer dedicated entirely to you, with a session built around your goals — and you choose your own time between 10:00 and 16:30.

How fit do I need to be?
Not fit at all to start. Sessions are scaled to you. Many people come to get in shape, not because they already are.

Can children or teenagers train?
Yes, with a parent or guardian present. Message us with their age and we will advise.

Can I just walk in, or do I need to book?
You can walk in, but booking guarantees a trainer is free for you — especially for private sessions.

How do I book and pay?
Book online on this page. Pay by card when you book, or choose to pay cash at the gym. You can also message us on WhatsApp (081 594 4151) or LINE (@cmbx).

Where are you located?
Chiangmai Boxing Stadium, Chang Phueak, Chiang Mai — near Chang Phueak Market. Take a red songthaew, tuk-tuk or Grab and say "Chiang Mai Boxing Stadium, Chang Phueak."
